Meet gritney, the artist fusing techno, trance and infectious vocal hooks to create her own “slut tech” sound. Her journey has been one fueled by a relentless passion for music and a refusal to play by the rules. gritney spent most of her teens alone in her bedroom making music, self-teaching everything from production to songwriting, with music serving as her escape from conformity.

At 18 she left her small town and moved to Manchester, immersing herself in the vibrant rave scene, particularly at the legendary Warehouse Project. She discovered her love for trance and techno, which ended up steering her into the electronic music realm.

Unapologetically mischievous and armed with strong opinions and ethical views, gritney is a force to be reckoned with. Loved by some, disliked by others, but undeniably impossible to ignore, she invites everyone to join the conversation surrounding her artistry.

Already making an impact on the rave scene with her debut release ‘All Night’ with KSHMR, she’s working on her next solo releases , in addition to more huge collaborations.
